Dear Concern, Its being a pathetic service received from Homeshop18. This is in reference to the order#[protected] sub order#87248583 booked for Essenza 3 PC Cookware Set by Sanjeev Kapoor on 10.9.14 wherein we received the order on 12.9.14 with tilted lid and the complaint against that was logged with complaint#[protected] on 12.9.14 at 1:11pm but till date no one has reached to replace the lid.Would request you to please attend the complaint and resolve the issue at the earliest. As discussed, we are arranging for the reverse pick up, kindly allow us 72 working hours.

My order has been picked up on the assurance that they will be giving us the replacement and its being more than a week i've not heard anything from the team. Such a pathetic experience. The unit is careless and hence impacting Customer Experience as a whole.
