Dear home shop 18, This is to inform you that I have ordered the product with order no. .[protected] on 21/8/2014 but I received the product in bad condition for that I have requested for refund within period and I sent the product via Aramex Courier and I shared the details with call center. Product delivered at your consignee dated 26 august 2014, again i call to call center for the refund status, the person said refund amount will be given to me within a 7 days but I had not received my refund I am continuously calling to call center for payment status every time I am getting answer that our concern department will call you for the consulting or we are waiting for approval. my refund is still pending so please give my refund back or tell me that you will not give me so that I should never mail you again.
