[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Requirement for urgent replacement of Serveware set purchased | |||
Hi, Requesting to find the below mail regarding replacement of the product order no[protected] Nayasa serveware set found damaged when received on 18th June 2014. Regarding same I had called your custmercare several times for the replacement of the product, however I got the assurance for the replacement by 29th June 2014. Its very unfortunate that till today ie. 1st July 2014 I have not received any information from your end. I am very sorry to say that you commit of being No one shopping agency in the market with good services is all fake and unsatisfactory in all aspects. I must admire Jabong for their quick and prompt resolution of such issues in less time also by intimating customers by phone calls, emails and sms whereas at Homeshop18 I myself is only making calls and keeping a track for the resolution of problem and not getting any proper feedback or timeline. I want a quick and prompt resolution in next 48 hrs as I had already waited for long for resolution. Also from now onwards I am going to stop making purchases from Homeshop18 and will also recommend my family and friends not to do shopping from you due to so poor and unsatisfactory services and untrained staff.
