[Resolved] Homeshop18 — Today is 13th day, no delivery, no positive reply!! Feeling cheated | |||
My order no is[protected], I ordered on 16th April 2014 on www.homeshop18.com and paid using net banking . I received details about my shipment on 18th. But when on tracking on safexpress, it is showing "Out for Delivery " since 25th. Safexpress office is just 5 Km from my residence. On 26th April I called homeshop18 customer care but they told me wait for 2 days. I requested to forward my call to senior officer, but she refuse to transfer call. I contacted customer care of safexpress, but they don't have any information about my shipment. Today they told me, your parcel is lost. You are not our direct customer, so contact with Homeshop18 . Today I again contacted with homeshop18, again same answer wait for 2-3 days. Again I requested to transfer my call to senior officer and again she refused. So I emailed to [protected]@homeshop18.com, but still no reply. Any responsible person from homeshop18 is here ? I am feeling cheated !!!
