I am tired of the useless messages I keep receiving from HomeShop18. I have tried calling the customer care thrice and asked them to remove my numbers from their registry. I was so annoyed that I even wanted to unsubscribe my account with them all together. The person I spoke to was Ajay, he said he has raised the request and will be done in 24 hours. its 3 months now and I am still receiving the messages and mails Homeshop18, you are obliged by law to provide me steps on how to unsubscribe from your alerts or account. here: http://www.homeshop18.com/terms-conditions.html check for your self (you might have forgotten as you were busy sending the promotions) under section: SMS Communication Process for National Do Not Call (NDNC) Registered Subscribers, subsection 2 a-c these are according to TRAI Guidelines. You have never been doing this though you have been running your company for so long. Please do not make me take legal action against you.
