I am apurba mondal (Cont no : [protected]) of kolkata. I have a honda aviator black scooty (Wb-24-aa-8860). On 28th may, 2016 i had an accident and since that day i gave the scooty at dugar honda service centre (Ghosh para, hatiara, kolkata) for repairing / servicing against assigned job no : 2437. They assured me that i would get the bike back within 10-15 days max. Today its already 31 days, i. E. More than a month has passed. Within this time period i contacted them several times, and each time they apologized for this delay and assured that i will get my scooty back within next few days, but all their words are fake. The service centre representative mr. Avijit (Contact no : [protected]) is either a irresponsible person or he intentionally harasses customers like me. On 23rd june i launched an online complain in honda service portal (Vide reference no : 1-[protected]) but after that also 1 week passed. I think i myself have done a real mistake to buy a scooty from honda, if such is their service response and approach to a regular customer.
