Good day!

Need to explain more about the issues we are facing @ abvr motors, chidambaram.

Please have patience to read my issue and take action. Sorry for the delayed complaint registration

Initially, i brought a sample quotation about activa 4g one month before. Then on june 9th morning i called abvr to cross verify whether the rates (Price of the bike after one month) are same as in quotation. A salesperson attended the call and confirmed it is same.

So, i got a bank loan and dd for the mentioned amount as in quotation and reached the abvr motors by evening 5.30 pm. After confirming the bike, they are saying that the price got increased by 500 rupees.

My question here is, why cant the respective salesperson inform me that the activa 4g amount has been raised by 500 when i called morning before taking the dd?

‘’ so should i think about the cheating of amount here’’

After lots of argument we have agreed to pay that. Also i clearly informed that next morning i will take the bike by 9.30 am (As i need to rush to chennai). They also agreed. The next morning it got delayed.
Fine, i also accepted that as it happens. We reached the place by 10.30 to 10.40 approx. They asked us to wait as they are handling the formalities. We were waiting. I was asking them please make it fast as i have no time. It went on, then one girl came and said no seat cover available, can you get it later.
I said to reduce the seat cover money and give the bike asap. We were waiting, waiting waiting and it reached above 12 pm, no one spoke to us.

I lost my patience. I asked where is the bike? Why you people are making us to sit? One guy replied.. Its already there and you should take it?
I got shocked and its very surprising to me.. I have never seen any firm informing the customers to take the product just like that.

I hope they should have hand-over the key to me properly. But the way they treated us is worse. (If anyone knows tamil. They can understand what i am saying.. Athaan nikkuthula.. Neenga eduthuka venditana)

Also its very surprising for me, as per the customer services followed in any country, product should be given to the customer properly by the selling authority as soon as they receive the payment

The most important question to the reviewer of this complaint

1) if you are buying a bike by taking a loan from the bank, what are the documents should be submitted to the bank?

2) in general, if you buy a product from any shop, what they are supposed to give you or what will you ask as per the norms of government?

Coming to the question 1,

They are supposed to handover the invoice copy, insurance details, keys, service book etc.
They did not give me any of this. When i myself asked for the invoice, they informed me that the internet is not working, can we give or email later.?
Fine, i am agreeing to get it later. But my point here is

• why did they made me to wait 1 and half hours?
• later saying that internet is not working and we cant provide invoice copy now
• why cant they say it before one and half hours?

If they have told me earlier i would have never waited this long. (Though i have payed the amount and informed them that i have urgent work – please let me know in case of any issues)

Coming to the question 2,

I hope my question 1 answer is the best example and will help in getting the correct answer for question 2.

If we buy any product, the seller must give the bill for the product

Finally, if you guys ask for the rating for all the overall experience. I will not even give less than 1 (Even negative marking) for the services they offered
