Worst experience of service from the ram honda alwal,

1.they have called me for replacement of air filter, plug and clutch belt so i said ok for that after that while taking delivery i saw in bill that sparkplug cleaning and sparkplug part charges both seperatly i asked them about it and there wasnt proper response from the employees and they said it is for replacement of plug.and i aksed them what will comes under general servicing and i got a stupid reply that washing is all servcing
2.while giving my vehicle to the service i menationed accelerator throttle play was high and horn switch-both are not rectified
3.And while seeing all these issues how can i believe that the parts which are replaced genuine parts or not whether replaced or not;i didnt receive any old parts of my vehicle
4.they are very much interested in collecting labour charges rather than providing services to customer Was this information helpful? |
