MY name is dhananjay n pednekar from Arpora purchased active honda in february at porvorim showroom, highly disappointed with the after sale service of the unit and the reply given by the staff on my issue.
on the first servicing i mentioned the issue that my bike handle tilt towards right side in turn bring heavy pressure on my right shoulder especially when double seated, they failed to sort out my issue and i have given my feedback about the same who calls to take after service feedback.
On second servicing i mentioned the same issue but person who take registration at first told me to come at 3 p.m. on reaching at 10:00 am, acceptable as you'll take chargeable servicing also, gives me call at 13:00 hrs saying rod needs to be changed as it has a bent that will cost Rs.3500/-. on this i told him that my issue is carried forward from first servicing and nothing is done about it, i collected the bike at around 16:00 hrs and got a reply that bent is removed .
After 2 days i again complaint on same issue and issue were checked again but till date facing the same problem.
for me i were sold defective bike with the problem already known to sales team, people who take registration are more interested in other services like polishing of bike etc. rather then sorting out customer issue giving a indirect feel of commission involved in this and how customer is cheated
Hope higher authorities will take a call on this before people loose hope on activa management Was this information helpful? |
