Honda 2 Wheelers India — Bad experience in showroom

I was a proud costumer of honda so I recomended honda vehicles for my friends and family. But now I lost my faith on honda. One of my relative bought a new Honda Activa 6g on last month. when he purchase the vehicle at that time onwards he is in the service centre. Atleast 6 times in a month he visited the ktc honda showroom badagara, Kozhikode, Kerala, india show room for his seat lock problem solution but they didn't clear the issue .at last I registered a complaint at district head office of ktc honda Kozhikode.then they sent a new lock assembly to vadakara show room for replacing the lock assembly and the Kozhikode manager contacted me your lock is ready please visit vadakara show room.but the vadakara show room peoples behaviour is very rude. They didn't replace it . Again I contacted the higher authority. Atlast they changed it. But then also they played cheap drama. Instead of new lock they repair the lock with an old spring that not matching to the vehicle and the make it artificially fit. They cheated without any dignity.now also the lock is not working . One of his helmet is theft because of this issue.He is not an experience one to sent mail that's why I sent it . Now he is trying to sell the Activa to buy an other company scooty due to the bad behaviour of ktc honda dealer. please take an immediate action to resolve the problem and I also attatched the photo of lock for your reference
