Honda 2 Wheelers India — Bad experience with Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.

Dear officer,
I'm Arunkumar from Tamilnadu. I bought a Unicorn 160 bike on 27th April 2021 from Mukesh Honda Rajapalayam.

On 11.06.2021 it met with a minor accident. The very next day 12.06.021 I gave my bike for changing spare parts, to Mukesh Honda Rajapalayam. while i'm giving my bike they told me, it will hardly take 20 or 25 days to get spare parts and make changes, but they have purposely mentioned 2 months in the estimated delivery period. I accepted and gave my bike to them and got an estimated invoice, for insurance purposes.

On 23.06.2021 I got a call from the showroom for an advance payment to place an order of spare parts for my bike, from Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. And I paid Rs-6000 as advance on 23.06.2021.

Yesterday (06.07.2021) I called the showroom and asked about my bike's condition, they did not respond properly and cut the call. I tried again to them, and a lady spoke to me from the spare department. She told me that the Honda company has stopped manufacturing spare parts right now, so you will not get your spare in this month. It will take more than 1 month, for Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. to start producing and supplying spare parts, like she said. Is that true!! Or that spare department employee is spreading rumors & creating a bad image among customers, about Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.

I don't know, is this the way Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. gave a training to their employees, about customer handling? I would like to get clear answers for my following doubts.
1) Really Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. stopped their manufacturing units & supply units ? or the Mukesh Honda showroom employees are spreading rumors against Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd.
2) If it is not, kindly give me an explanation as to why this delay.
3) When will Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. look in to this issue?
4) When will I get my bike back?

I believe Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. will be directly involved in this issue & try to give the best solution for me, to get my bike back in good condition within 1 week.
