Honda 2 Wheelers India — Bad servicing done by Sadguru Honda Showroom.

Respected sir,
There is a bike named Honda Activa after my mother's name (Mrs. Lalita Chouhan) having registration no. MP41MZ2565. On 02/05/2022 I had given my bike for service at sadguru honda showroom in Dewas. Before getting service, I told there that the oil of my bike will change in front of me. But due to some personal reasons I went to pick up my car after two days of service. After 2 days when I went to pick up my bike Then I was told to go to the billing counter and deposit the money and take your bike. When I went to pay the money, I found in the bill that the charges for the changed oil were also written in it. I asked him, have you written oil charges here, was the oil of my bike changed?
Then he called his employee and gave the number of my bike and asked, is this car complete? have you changed the oil in it. Then the called employee said that the bike is completely complete. And after paying my bill, I took my bike and left.
Suddenly on 13th May 2022 my bike broke down and it stopped. After the fault, I showed my bike to a local garage, then they told that there is no oil in this bike. Because there was no oil in it, so my whole engine was damaged. I immediately called the showroom and asked why brother you did not put oil. Then I told them with my full details including the number of my bike and the date I gave the bike in service. As I told you earlier that while giving the car service I had already told them that the oil should be changed in front of me. Making an excuse for this, he said that you had said that changing the oil in front of me, so we did not change its oil. But during billing, an employee said that the car is completely complete in which I have changed the oil. Showroom staff did not change the oil in my bike, due to which my car got damaged. So I request you that my loss should be compensated by the showroom.
