Dear sir,
I have purchased honda activa two year back in the month of november. Since my purchase my activa faced same problem regarding self start, i have kept my vehicle several time at there service center but they are unable to trouble shoot my problem. They have assured me that the battery is not charged will not happen again but the problem persist and will not repeat. After warranty period is over they are saying that battery is not worked properly and its damaged.
This is a truly misguide and wrong intention. There are two reason for misguide
1) technical staff not expert in their work
2) they want to purchase new battery related to sales only
You can see job card of my vehicle service. You found every time i have defined the same issue.
I want to resolve my problem as soon as possible otherwise i will escalate such type of poor service on social media resulting you have to great loss.
