Sub: two times battery failed in two years
sir, my self ronak khambhati, i have purchase honda sp125 in oct 2020.
First feb 22. Nearby my home, ctm, mansi honda service center. They told me first time that battery failed and due to warranty period they exchange me battery. Thanks for supporting me.,
but in oct 22. Exchange battery period only six months, once again battery failed. And this time they told me that warranty period is over.
So, my first question honda company that
if everyone purchase new bike and honda bike just because law maintanance, and 4 to 5 years law spare part expense.
If i will have to change every year battery than may be my choice to purchase honda bike is wrong ?? is is so?
i have already talk with tata company, because battery is tata company,
till date not replying me but i want to exchange battry also, because it is wrong that two years two time battery failed.
And still asking same question that why this happened if bike is new ??
if tata company is battery not good ?? than why honda contract with tata company,
and if honda sp125 model issue? ?
i dont know but kindly help me to exchange this.
