I was one of your customer who trusted you .On october 2014 i brought cbr 250. Trust me when i say that i can swear on ma cbr being one of the most decently maintained bike in kerela .When i brought ma bike it have 5 Yr warranty I was crystal clear on maintainence and service to be provided to ma bike .I m someone who cares somuch about ma bike and i save certain amount of my income for its maintaninence Even your service center hava a good opinion about ma bike and they are also ready to give the extra care to ma bike .One day i felt something wrong with ma bike, at that time bike have covered a distance of 22000km And immedaitely i approached the service center they were unable to find the complaint on a sudden and they ask me for one day.And on the very next day he call me and i was really shocked to hear that the tank was miserably corroded And it affected the fuel injection too and inorder to repair it costs around 25000. At that time ma bike was within warranty period, so i ask them to do accordingly .Next day i met the manager, he was also quite confident about the warranty and he told me that he wil be moving on with the further procedures for warranty and we wait for few days then it extends to weeks then to months and atlast your company give as a negative response . Even though i feel damn just because i was concerned about ma bike i spend 25000 and ma bike was back. After few day i noticed there were some deffects for the new tank and i get a mileage of just 18 {before it was above 30 }. Again i make the manager and other members aware of this and they were not able to give me a proper answer .This is the fate of your customer who trusted you. And i learned a lesson that honda 's quality last for just 3 Yr's. Now i feel like you never care about your customer or anything what you want is just money .
