Honda 2 Wheelers India — cfl is pending for a 1.5 months but they informed it will take 10 days only at time of purchasing

Cfl is pending for a 1.5 months but they informed it will take 10days only at time of purchaising.

We contact them many times but each time they are saying like it will take more times, even though they confirmed us it will takes 10 days only when we billing our honda 5g scotter on 1st april 2019 by name of dipak das from "shaw motor co" near kolkata beliaghata.
