My name is paresh chandulal gudhka. I have purchased from sai point showroom (Honda cb shine self drum (Cbf125fid) on 16.10.2016.

Complain no 1
I have visited yesterday to your sai point service centre (Temghar branch) for servicing my bike.
My job card – 2018/ej/241
Invoice no – 2018/ew/198 dt.06/04/2018 time – 13.16

Item name – element comp air/c – 17211-kwf-950 – mrp is 153/- it has been charge 170.67/- before tax & discount in you invoice for reference i had attachment the invoice copy.
Basic rate – 129.69
5% discount - 6.48
Cgst - 17.25
Sgst - 17.25
Total - 157.71

Why it has been overcharge to me reason giving price list is not updated due to march ending stock taking and this kind of excuses.
How it is possible in mrp charge in showroom it is different as per company given mrp. It is not an local shop or local supermarket. It is an authorized service centre of honda manufacturing 2 wheeler. Every day on an average minimum 100 bike should be come inside for servicing this is the one product we have found doesn’t know how many products wrong mrp is everyday billing. Wrong price charge to customer. No customer sees properly spare part mrp on products. It has been collected by their store by their technician wrapper open and fit spare parts in bikes.
Appx 100 bike daily it means 30 days x 100 bike = 3000 bikes rate will be overcharge by rs.10/- only it becomes rs. 30000/- monthly it has been extra benefit to authorized service centre. 3 people can be able to work in this amount.
Why person come in authorized service centre to get a very good quality service & satisfaction of original parts. We trust on service centre that is why we have regular servicing our bicycles from service centre. But it is doing fraud with us. It create bad impression on customer mind.
Honda is on top seller in bicycles in india. But that not belong to be wrong price charge for spare parts require to replace in bikes after few kilometer.
People have trusted on your brand don’t break here trust by this way no authority is given by government to your company..
If there will be over charge like this way
On product it has been packed on february 2018. Than how price difference will be there. That means from february how many customers have been charge wrong mrp for for these parts. You don’t have any right to charge any customer extra price from mrp. Which law is giving this kind of authority to your service centre? What is the checking done by staff after invoice is maken? That means nobody responsibility in the branch to check the price fitted in software & actually it is correct or incorrect.
There should be weekly price checking should be done by honda person showroom is charging correct price to her customer or not.
Middle class buys a 2 wheeler for routine work. We dont have enough money to be over charge by authorized service centre.

There is no relation between stock & mrp. Unnecessarily reasons given by staff authority.

If you want to stay in market understand customer needs first properly.

Customer satisfaction is first priority for all companies. If you overcharge like this small small ways for certain profit you loose your customer.

Complain no 2
Honda company charging over 50% from market price for spare parts. Compare the entire product price from market products. You say your products are of good quality can you give in writing till this kms it will work fine, no???
Than how you can charge 50% more price for regular spare parts.
This component manufacturing cost is not more than rs. 35/- in market its gets from range rs.50 to 100 of superior quality and features. You charge your customer mrp 153/- why what is the difference between in your product and market products which gets on rs. 100/-
Why we buy your products at high price same product we get less than 35 to 40% in market.
We have buy your company 2 wheeler that not belong you earn maximum profit in spare parts on the name of quality products & sell by authorized service centre.
Customer should get product at low price in service centre from market. Than customer will be happy and join with you continuously have regular service with your recognized service centre.
Now a days in your service centre amc is getting people buy also for getting goods services. But what if you overcharge in spare parts and than you also give 5% discount on accessories. Sir, people are not fool if you think than they have very good understanding that is why they are silent and paying the bill of spare parts. Because if bike will be service from outside than amc contract will be brake. Plz bring solution in this case.

Complain no 3 – hsn code – 87141090 – belong to 18%
Spare parts is not an luxury goods it has been come in 18% how it can bill at 28%
As per the law whichever tax is higher is should be charge on invoice but as per inwards of material is depend not every component come in 28%
Gst has came in india to get maximum benefit to customer. It does not mean service centre charge to customer 28% tax to get more revenue through tax.
Give the details of element comp air/c (17211-kwf-950) -
Purchase in 28% from manufacture i require letter and against which notification vendor supply material to you on 28%. Complete details.
