This is to inform you, that, i have paid rs1310/- today over the invoice no serinv-ua[protected] for repairing of my dio to your authorised dealer. I. E. B. M. Auto rajpur road dehra dun. I have handed over my dio yesterday, to your above service centre, & that time sufficient petrol was lying in the vehicle. On delivery the petrol tank found empty. I requested the working staff as well as service manager mr. Vimal jugal to please provide me only 50-100 ml petrol, on payment so that i may able to reach to nearby petrol pump, which is about 700 yards distance, but sorry to write you no one has considered my request. I am an sr. Citizen, if such inhuman attitude towards a senior citizen, you may better judge the services/attitude towards the normal customer. Sir, please note that this vehicle was purchased on 7.11.2006 from ess ell motor itself & since the date all services/repairs work is caring only from ess ell motors. Sir, you will acknowledge that such type of customer service definitely adversely effect the name & fame of your reputed organisation. At this time3.20 my dio is still standing with your showroom, & i am going to bring petrol. This is neither fair nor justice & violation of consumer rights.
