This mail is regarding ticket no-1-[protected], i have received your mail which states that above query has been resolved, how it is possible, i haven't received any satisfactory mail, or any satisfactory reply from your concerned department, ridiculous behavior from your side

I am very disappointed from your this kind of irresponsible behavior, so this time i hope i will get a positive response from your side
