Honda 2 Wheelers India — Complaint regarding extra hidden charges mentioned while purchasing a two-wheeler vehicle under Pushpa Honda dealership, Jaipur

Hi Team,

I am writing this email to express my disappointment with the extra hidden charges that were mentioned to me while purchasing a two-wheeler vehicle from your dealership. I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of transparency in the entire process, and it has left a very bitter taste in my mouth.

I visited your dealership on 05/05/2023 in the morning at 11:00 AM to purchase a Honda two-wheeler vehicle (Honda Activa 125 Disc Variant), and I was very impressed with the variety of options that were available. However, during the negotiation process, I was informed of additional charges that were not mentioned during our initial discussion. These charges included documentation fees, handling charges, and a few other miscellaneous charges. I was shocked and disappointed to learn about these additional charges as they were not mentioned to me earlier, and I was not prepared to pay for them.

We closed the deal initially by 103687/- after that they added some charges and told me that they also added a discount with accessories so after that the amount went to 105200. I signed the documents with this amount and they took all the documents and initiated the loan amount of 93287 and also they asked to swipe the card with Down payment of 16000/-. So now the final amount is 93287+16000= 109287. I saw the message received on my phone by evening and I called the financial advisor and he told me that the extra charge is processing fee, we can not show this with documents. I have all the required documents through which I can prove the fraud happened to me. As a result they took 4087 rupees extra for which I want a refund now. Also if it will not be resolved then I'll have to go through a legal process.

As a customer, I believe that I deserve complete transparency in the buying process. It is unfair to mention additional charges at the last moment, which were not mentioned during the initial discussion. I felt like I was being taken advantage of, and it was not a pleasant experience for me.

I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide me with an explanation regarding the additional charges.

I hope that you will take my complaint seriously and provide me with a satisfactory resolution to this issue.

I met with Pushpa Honda Manager and he didn't even provide me any document to show charges he just said that we can not show all the deducted amount on bill. We did whatever could be done and we can not support you regarding this.
