I am writing to raise a complaint regarding the non-availability of spare parts at an authorized Honda service center.
I own a Honda Dio 2023 (BS6 DLX model). Recently, I visited the service center for required maintenance/repair; however, I was informed that the necessary spare parts are not available. Due to this, my vehicle service is getting delayed, causing inconvenience in my daily routine.
It is concerning that an authorized Honda service center is unable to provide essential parts within a reasonable time. I request you to kindly look into this matter and ensure that the required spare parts are made available at the earliest.
