Honda 2 Wheelers India — Dealer not providing RC

Hi Sir/Mam,

I’ve purchased Honda Scooty Delux 110 cc on 04th October. However I haven’t received the RC from Honda dealer (Yume Honda Sector-5 railway road Gurgaon) till date. They’re either not picking calls or just making excuses whenever try to reach them.
