Honda 2 Wheelers India — dealer of honda is forcing to buy 3 years policy of icici ;lombard and 6000 rs accessories and 2000 rs kit

I want to purchase honda unicorn150 from wardha, maharastra, dealer is forcing me to take 3 years policy costing 6800, also he is forcing to take accesories of 6000rs, also with this he is giving me 2000 rs kit,
I have given complaint in honda ticket no 1-[protected] but honda company has not answered me from date 12/09/2017
Please clarify with honda that is it neccessary to buy 3 yrs insurence policy (Icic lombard) dealer is telling this fact,
Please intervin in this matter and direct dealer to do needful
