I am unhappy to send you a complaint, since Honda is a well established standard company. but i have been given a defected Part, of course it may be done by someone else working in Honda, but i don't know exactly who done this so Please investigate in this issue and give me a proper solution. Part Name : ECM
I am following honda dealers and service centre for spare parts (ECM) form more than Three Months. I am calling regarding the issues almost daily to but no one replying. On July 2022 my bike got some issues with the ECM while I travel it stops in between and need to toe my bike to the nearest garrage. They told me that there is a problem in ECM system of my bike
I have visited so many times for ECM and not received any positive response from Service Center till date. They said ECM system is not available in Honda Company. I get frustrated and suffered a lot since a long time. I thought Honda company is a reliable and provide good service for their customer but I was totally wrong, I was served by a pathetic service.
On Yesterday, I was purchased ECM from Honda Spare Part Authorised Dealer ZAM ZAM AUTO PARTS, Jogeshwari (W). But one more problem face with ECM. I have been given a defected Part.
I decided not to use this product and I need my money back. For refund or replacement also no one is ready to have a conversation and they are here only to sell the quality less product to the customer. Was this information helpful? |
