Battery of my above activa was found defective during testing at RUSHAB HONDA NASHIK.
Battery was taken out from scooty on 23 Jun 2021 and Exide dealer taken the battery vide ticket no.1899533.
It is about 1 month and I am still waiting for my battery .
My wife is facing a lot of problem by kick start of scooty and it also giving a bad impact on people when anybody starts new scooty with kick although self start system is available.
It is creating a bad impression for me and other people for your reputated company product.
Sir there is someone who is not working properly as I have confirmed from Exide care that battery is already dispeched from there side but agency Rushab Honda Nashik told me that they have not get the battery.
Kindly intervene in the matter and make a quick solution. I am very much disappointed from your service agency and in future I have to make a better choice than yours. Was this information helpful? |
