Honda 2 Wheelers India — did not get smart card

Dear sir, madam,

I am having issues in road as i have not yet received the smart card after purchasing honda activa 2 wheeler after 4 months. Dugar honda (Raghunathpur, kolkata) asked me to collect smart card from the showroom. After 4 months they are saying i have to go to barasat rto that too in a weekday to collect the smart card. I do not have any time beside my office on weekdays and this type of false commitment is getting me in some trouble position.

Please take necessary steps to get me the smart card.
