Dear Sir/Madam,
I Jagpreet Singh got my Activas's second service done by Rohini Honda a week ago. When technician was changing engine oil, I told him to tight the drain nut properly because I felt it was not tighten up properly but technician said he has done it, so don't you worry about this.
Today I was coming from somewhere and noticed a humming noise from engine, when checked it I found drain nut was not there, I immediately switched off my Activa.
Before going to Honda brand I was a satisfied user of BAJAJ and used bajaj for 10 years. I heard about honda's gud service and decided to go for honda. But I am very disappointed that only at second service this type of critical irresponsibility done by Honda. If I not stopped it on time it could damage the engine as all the engine oil drained out.
Mouth publicity is the best way for the growth of a company. But who will give a possitive feedback after having this type of problem.
Kindly do the needful action against the dealership who has not done it with properly. I need a quick action for this problem.
