Honda 2 Wheelers India — gear shifting and suspension

Dear sir,
I have purchased hornet 160cc from your showroom located at chinchwad. I have booked it in on 10th of oct 2017. I got delivery on 12th of oct 2017. On the day of delivery i didn't notice any problem with the bike. But from the very next day i noticed problem in the gear box. Shifting the gear up didn't have any problem but while shifting down the gear were not engaged and the speed was not slowing down and this problem is severe in traffic. Suspension is also not good. I went to the showroom and told them about the problem and they asked me to visit their service centre. At the service centre the technician took a test ride and confirmed that the bike has problem regarding gear shifting and suspension. New bikes generally have some problems regarding hard gear shifting but this is not the case in my bike. The technician have also agreed to this and told me that other hornet didn't have this problem. Its only with this bike and he asked me to keep the bike at their service centre for 2-3 days. They are telling me that they will replace the gear shifter and suspension. I dont want to dismantle the new engine. I havent paid for parts. I want bike replacement not parts replacement.
