I am filing this complaint against Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India Pvt. Ltd. for their deceptive practices, unprofessional conduct, and abusive behavior by their service staff.
My vehicle is currently at the Honda service center (job card - JC-TN[protected]-001689), yet the company representatives blatantly lied about its status. The contact number provided to me ([protected]) has been switched off continuously, making it impossible to get updates or support.
To make matters worse, the service manager named Surya at the service center has been extremely rude, used abusive language, and even issued threats when I tried to raise my concerns and saying that he will not return my vehicle. This is not just poor service, it is harassment and intimidation.
Despite multiple attempts (to Honda through mails and compliant - Your Complaint Reference#[protected] to get a resolution, Honda has failed to respond or take any corrective action. This behavior is completely unacceptable from a reputed brand and has caused me significant mental distress and inconvenience.
I demand the following from Honda Management & Service Centre (Shabeel Honda)
1. Immediate disciplinary action against the service manager Surya and irresponsible management of Shabeel Honda.
2. A formal written apology from Honda.
3. Prompt resolution of my vehicle issue and a clear explanation of the delay and misinformation.
