Dear sir,
Here i want to notice you that on 3rd dec'18 i have visited your service center of mira road (Sai point automobiles pvt. Ltd.) for 2nd servicing of my activa 110cc scooty bike.
In first impression itself i informed your team that in my bike so... So problems are there & headlight parts also loose which i m not expecting. Bcz within this 6 months i have not that travel or say run within mumbai. I hardly travel 2000 kms within this 6 months.
But even though after some time receipted call from service center that your headlight is gone you have to change it. First up all i m not expecting such call from your team bcz within 1 years if anything happened then its a major fault of company & company are solely responsible for such activities.
Here i asked them to proceed further for necessary change over as per charges... Which they did. But when i visited such service center to collect my bike from them i demanded for my old headlight of bike. But unfortunately they dont have record or say keep it with them & arranged me old one from scrap unit which is again disaster for me. I dont think it will be acceptable to any customer from reputed company like yours in indian market.
Sorry to say here that but as a japanese company i m not expecting such result or say services from your service center.
Its really shame shameful for honda that they are proving defective products in mrkt.
