My name is Ravindra Kumar Ambastha.
My vehicle no.Honda Activa 6G DL6S BG 3516.I have visited to Smooth Honda service centre at Kailash Nagar Delhi. I have purchased my vehicle from Smooth Honda Dariya Ganj, The same establishment.
On dated 07th Jan 2022.
The sales centre informed me about the first service which was to be done before 500km, and in the service centre sales people outright denied me servicing and we're not accommodating but manipulative. They behaved arrogantly and extremely unprofessionally and even shouted. Manipulated me to pay 920 rs. Which I thought to be free of charge as was said to me during sales time.
They're service was so bad and still after the service there were black adhesive marks, I asked them about it and they arrogantly said "ye nahi hoga". I am attaching the adhesive marks photo after the service for your information .
After service when I started from their service centre, my side view mirror got loose and fell off, I went again to get this fixed but I was made to wait.
I am extremely disappointed and the unending trust that I had on Honda has been shaken. Their approach for service was so casual and filled with arrogance
I would request you to take necessary action and stop them destroy the brand Honda. I know the culture of Honda, how come they practice so badly with this brand service name.
Waiting for your response and strict result Orient action and improve the services of such centre.
