1. I Purchased Honda CB 350 on 2 Dec, 2023 from Vihaan Enterprises, Panchpakhadi, Thane (W). Invoice No. BWMH070123S00606 DATED[protected]. The Vehicle details are: Frame No. ME4NC58HLPA000051, Engine No. NC58EA4018573, Model Name CB350 OBD2, Model variant CB350 DLX PRO-OBD2, Colour Mat Marshall Green ME, Vehicle Sale date.[protected].

2. There is severe rusting on most of the chrome plated parts and welded joints, wheel rim etc. I complained the service center on earlier 2 occasions first on Oct, 2024 and then on 27 Nov 2024 but the problem persists.

3. Desirable resolution: I request replacement of the motorcycle or refund my purchase cost.
