Honda is cheating me by not providing spare parts for my CBR 250(2020 model) vehicle after more than a month.complaint no:[protected].I ordered spare parts from my nearest Honda service center Big wings tirunelveli.Big wings tirunelveli manager said spare parts reach us only from Honda headquarters.But when we spoke to Honda's customer service number [protected], they are misleading that only the nearest service center is responsible for the spareparts. Repeated mails to [protected]@honda2wheelersindia.com got no proper response.My two wheeler has been inoperable for two months now.I want 19217-P72-013 (nos:-1)honda please provide me spare parts...

(08/07/2023) The nearest Honda authorized executive said that the spare parts I asked for have been ordered and I will get the item within ten days.He told me that he was told this information from Honda headquarters.

14/07/2023 Today I received the spare parts that I ordered earlier from the nearest Honda service center.The work of fitting spare parts in my vehicle is going on at Honda service center(honda big wings tirunelveli).I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to https://www.consumercomplaints.in for talking to Honda headquarters and getting spare parts.
