I have purchased a new activa 6g on 25/11/21 from singal honda showroom, near dmart, nikol, Ahmedabad, since then there is oil leakage problem, after running 300 km only i saw oil leakage, i shown it to the salesman and he said that you get it checked and repaired from the service center, i visited there, after checking it all and opening it the manager mr Mitesh said there is no leakage, i went back home. Again i saw there was leakiage of oil from same area, j again complaint, they said you come again we will repair it, but as the first service was due i took it on 25/12/21, they did servicing and opened the gear box and said the oil seal is leaking and changed it and said that now it will not leak, and they were asking me to close complaint which i refused and i said let me check one or two days and within 1 day i got message from company that your complaint is resolved, they were in so much hurry to close the complaint, i noticed that still oil is leaking from same area, actually they don't know what is happening and trying to pass time so that activa will become older and then they will say that now something you have done so it is leaking.
They don't know what is happening and denying to refund and replacement.
I have paid 89000 and still using faulty vehicle because nobody is there to listen to the complaint i have filed, they keep on passing the time and i could not get replacement or refund. According to the salesman and manager once you purchased a vehicle it is yours good or bad it is your luck what you get but neither it can be replaced nor exchanged only you keep running to the service center and waist your time and money and take mental stress.
I need justice
I want replacement, exchange or refund whatever company can do.
