Honda 2 Wheelers India — honda unicorn 150 chain rod noise

I bought a new honda unicorn 150 in kun honda perungudi chennai last august 16th 2018. Only 4000kms runs. I am having chain sound problem while running 2nd and 3rd gear and any road bumps comes chain sound makes iritating. I am having gare shifting problem. While down the gare from 5 to 4 and 3 i am facing the gare stuck issue.? I identified this problem while purchased my vehicle and i informed during my first service. They are un able to fix my problem and now i am facing the second problem gare hardness issue while change the gare. I feel i am using second hand bike. After my 3rd service done after that 2nd day chain noise is there. I'm that service guy suggest to take chain service like put lubricant wash charges 160rupees i said ok. But after 2nd day again chain noise is there.
Does honda showroom replace new bike? Or does they return my hard swet money back..
