My name is Raihan Suresh Telore. I am residing at Vikhroli east Mumbai, I have an issue regarding my Honda unicorn BS6 2020 December modal battery/ self start issue due to battery charger. I have done regular service at Venetian Honda service center which is located at Nagpada Mumbai Maharashtra 400008 Also I have extended my vehicle warranty for +03 years from the service center.
The said issue happened at 01st time in December 2021 at that time your service center people have replaced my vehicle battery after my long follow ups with the Venation Honda service center. I am very worried about this kind of issue and I have demanded for vehicle replacement due to the issue happening within a year but the manager on duty Mr javed (Venetian Honda service center) assured me that due to faulty battery the issue has happened and now the issue has been resolved.
After replacing the faulty battery within 06 months i have facing the same issue regarding the same i have done telephonic conversation with the service center manager Mr. Nazim and visited the Venation Honda service center which is located at Nagpada Mumbai, at dated 31st July 2022 i meet the senior manager Mr. Salim and explain the said issue to him, as per his suggestion i left my vehicle at service center for under observation.
At dated 02.08.2022 i have received a call from service center that your issue has been resolved you come and collect your vehicle, also as per manager Mr. Salim suggestion i have done my bike service before the service kilometers done. After 03 days again i have face the same issue (battery/ self start) on 06.08.2022, i have made a video of said issue and sanded to service center manager Mr. Nazim also informs him the same.
At dated 07.08.2022 i have called service center manager Mr. Nazim as per him the said issue has happened due to faulty battery charger and we have place the order at our store which is located at Kandivali Mumbai it will received within 03 to 04 days, once we received we can replace the same.
On the said date till the time i am taking continues follow up with the service center manager Mr. Nazim & Senior manager Mr. Salim regarding the same but still they state that due to unavailability of part at store we are not able to replace the same. Also I have complained about the said issue to technical manager Mr Sagar but still no response and now he is on leave.
I am very disappointed about the service which i have received from Honda service center, due to battery charger issue i am not able to ride my bike for almost 01 month. The thing is that due to battery issues the vehicle has a power off issue during running and once it stops after making 09 to 10 kick start the vehicle is going to start.
Kindly look into this issue and do the needful.
