Dear sir,
I purchased a honda x-blade bike from b u bhandari motors pune, on 18.04.2018. I regret to inform you that i am not at all happy & satisfied with the performance of the bike.
After a month of buying the bike i got a call from b u bhandari (Bhawani peth) service station, mentioning that i had to bring my bike to their service station for check-up, which i was surprised, how come a brand new bike requires check-up however; on check up i was informed that there are defective spares in the bike which have to be replaced (Cam shaft and block piston)
What was your quality team doing?? This was not checked by your quality team?
There were no charges levied for the replacement however; but bike has developed the following issues now:
1) engine stops repeatedly when throttled
2) mileage received is mere # 38km/ltr (Company claims 60km/ltr)
I am shocked how honda india can have such type of vehicles on road, honda having an excellent worldwide reputation.
Please consider my complaint seriously and provide a concrete solution (Replacing the bike with a fully tested & certified by honda fresh bike) for which honda and i don't have to regret later.
