I am deeply upset and so angry with yash honda's service. I have had the worst experience of my life and strongly believes that it was my biggest mistake to trust yash honda and give my moped for servicing. I dropped my fully functional moped for servicing at yash honda and was supposed to collect it next day at 12:30 pm but next day when I went at 6pm, I found that half of the work was pending. Later when I took my moped, it was not working properly. The Auto-start stop working, battery problems, etc. On my continuous questioning and pressure, I got a vague reply that "Electrical parts kabhi bhi kharab ho sakte hai". My fully functional moped became disfunctional overnight. I thought of repairing my bike from somewhere else, but this people had left no chance for it to be repaired again. I have already written a direct email to honda regarding how this people are fooling the customers and looting them. They have forced me to come down to this tone, as they have no replies to my questions. I requested for reimbursement. But this company just seemed to ignore every complaint their customers make.
