I bought my scooty on 20th February and since the beginning, I am facing missing problem. I have contacted the customer service many times and I have also taken it to the workshop multiple times as suggested by the customer care executive but the problem still persists. This has caused me huge losses in terms of time and has been really inconvenient. I also had to pay repair fee. Even after multiple complaints, this issue has not been resolved in the past months. I now want the scooty to be replaced with a fresh piece, otherwise, I would have no choice but to go to the consumer court.
