On 13th July 2022, while traveling from home to olavakkod railway station in the early hours of the morning, both the wheel drums of my Honda Unicorn bike bearing number KL 09 AU 2923 in my name hit the pothole in front of Chandranagar Punjab National Bank. When I approached the showroom for an insurance claim, I had a very bad experience. It's been almost a month. Service not available. Not even a year has passed since I bought the bike. The showroom says that insurance is not available. Customer service is very poor. After all these days. Have not received any kind of support or service. Information that insurance claim process should be started as soon as possible..or legal action will be taken.
