I bought my ACTIVA-4G in 2017. Despite of regular service and well maintenance, all of a sudden the vehicle started troubling me with unbearable notice. When I took this issue to the notice of the service centre in Kurmannapalem branch, the staff responded very carelessly. They just said that the vehicle came to bore. How could it even be possible?? Timely service and smooth maintenance must give a guaranteed result. The service person didn't want to take it into his account. Instead of showing concern they insisted me on exchanging my vehicle. I took a deep breath. But still, I accepted for the exchange of my vehicle though they didn't give me a good price for my vehicle as I was left with no choice.
Now the problem is that the so called showroom incharge Mrs Sireesha, couldn't deliver my new vehicle with required specifications even after 40days of pre-booking. No Two wheeler actually requires such a long period of waiting.
The pinching thing is that Mrs. Sireesha couldn't even guarantee the delivery date of my vehicle till date. She doesn't even respond properly to the customer. Always careless response had been noticed from her end.
Now that I changed my mind, and don't want to wait any further as I'm facing discomfort in public transport, I took this to the notice of Mrs. Sireesha, so-called incharge of KURMANNAPALEM BRANCH, she said that she can't do anything as my amount is locked with her branch. According to her response, I can analyse that she's in a point of view that I was left with no other choice except taking the vehicle from her branch. She also tried to force me to take a vehicle without colour choice. But when I denied that, she started behaving very very carelessly. Best thing is to make this HONDA SHOWROOM KURMANNAPALEM BRANCH CLOSED. As they don't care for customers.
Someone who can resolve this issue is seriously needed. Or else, to file a complaint is the only choice I am left with.
I even want to mention this in the Google review also so that others would not be get cheated like me.
