Honda 2 Wheelers India — Misbehave and shouting on customer by service area person in showroom | |||
After sale service is very very poor. The person named KULWINDER who do billing things in service area, his behaviour towards the customers incuding me is very bad. There was a problem in my Activa 6G and i went there for fixing it. After visiting 6-7 times in 3 months time period, there was no proper solution for the issue. When i said to change the faulty part, he started to misbehave with me and started telling the rubish and meaningless reasons for the problem, instead of solving my problem he was almost fighting with me and he was literary shouting on me. His behaviour toward the customer is not acceptable at all. Even in front of me, Instead of solving other customers issues, He was again telling them meaningless reasons for their problems.
