Honda 2 Wheelers India — misguided by binayak honda baruipir and insurance

I shirshendu moyra purchased a honda activate 4g by bank of india finance on 15/09/17, till date they did not give me my insurance paper and also when i called them they did not take any responsibility. Beside this their sell man gave assurance me rs 2000/-cash back as a govt. Teacher now they deny me. Whatever in this course if i am fall in an accidental who will take responsibility.

The bike has so many issue . Creating sound in rear part and suspension issue. Requesting to resolve my issue in order to value for my money.
