I bought Honda Shine BSIV on 11/09/2019 from Yug Honda & purchased 3years of extended warranty (Total 5years warranty). During delivery itself Dealership guys mentioned wrong address in RC even after submitting correct details & they are very casual. Nobody answered for that. I used to service my bike in the same service center from where I purchased even though it's 30kms far away from my house. From the day 1 I faced speedo meter fluctuation issue & vehicle vibration after 60kmph speed, which was not resolved by service centre. They are not able to identify the problem. Even after several phone calls & mails to Honda Customer care, no body responded & even I won't get any reply or call back from them. After 1st service new problem came. There is a noise from Front whenever we are crossing speed breaker or going on rough roads. Same was informed during 2nd, 3rd free services which was not rectified. Then moved to near by service center i.e., Om Wheels Honda. Here this is different. Every time after service, I need to visit service center again for new issues to resolve. In Honda Service center they don't deal with Warranty as they don't give warranty for any part. Even I replaced my Battery with payment even within 15 months as they told that Battery warranty is for 1 year only. Inspite in manual it's mentioned that Battery warranty is for 18 months to 21 months. In this service center also I complained about front noise & they put papers in between head lamp & doom & told it was rectified. Due to papers now there is a huge gap in between head lamp & doom which looks ugly. After service I found oil leakage & they rectified after visiting service center again. In last to last service I complained about vehicle not able to accelerate in 1st gear or initial movement. Once they didn't do anything. 2nd time they rectified the problem, but new problem started like fuel cock stopped working. In last service I complained about this & old complaint of front noise and handed over byke at 9:30 am. At 2:30 pm I got call from technician & he told like he got vehicle to service at 2:15 & spark plug & air filter need to be replaced & he assured me that he will rectify the said problems. I told to proceed for replacement. At 3:30pm I got one more call from reception that my byke is ready & asking to come for delivery. When I went there at 4pm, none of the complaint was rectified & technician is telling that he assumed the complaints & did some other checks & not the actual ones. After sitting there for 2 hours again, they replaced fuel cock & told that front shocks need to be repaired for front noise problem & they are telling it will not come under warranty & also telling that there is a problem in shocks even in new vehicles also. They are not able to give warranty for Battery, Signal lamp initially in 1st service, fuel cock even shock absorbers.
When I complain the same to Honda customer care, I am just getting acknowledgement & nothing more than that. I am attaching screenshots of the acknowledgements which I got till now. I am requesting you to please arrange a call back from Honda team & try to resolve my issue at the earliest.
