Honda 2 Wheelers India — New bike is a defective one

I purchased a Honda Shine bike on 1st April 2022 for Pritam Honda Showroom at Keonjhar, Odisha. within 5 days of running the fuel meter stopped working. I went the showroom regarding these where the whole team is unprofessional and not polite at all. After 15 days of waiting they replaced a new one. After that the vehicle started vibrating a lot. Now I don't want these vehicle. I have made a complaint to the customer care on 10th May to replace the bike but no response ever came from them. The dealer spoke harshly saying even a new born child is having cancer then why not to a new bike, I no more need the service from Honda. I want my refund.
