I purchased honda dio in advika show room hosur - 635109 on aug 19
Already two services completed successfully.
Third service due is on 28th march 2020
But due covid 19 the lock down is announced from govt.
After that i received sms from honda to get your missed service before end of july.
I approached the service center with my scooter they taken and committed to get back on next day evening.
On next day they issued my scooter without doing service, for that replied today all persons are in leave and they informed bring it on next week. But here the due date for free service is over.
After a week i again approached and asked they speak rudely without respecting and told today no way to accept the scooter for service. Bring it on next week and also it takes 4 to 5 days for service.
They give priority for pay service only.
In this regard now i missed my 3rd and 4th free service.
I really disappointed on buying the honda scooters.
