I had small bike accident, I submitted my bike to service center in May 2022 1st week. Its almost 2 months, I am always getting answer that parts are not available qnd hence I am not getting my bike back.
I have to spend almost 2k to go to office daily, spend half the cost of bike already in traveling due to inefficiency you guys. Pethetic support from you customer support team also.
I complined to customer support team on 10th June. after not getting my bike back from 1 month. 3 time I have called them they just reply saying we will get it resolved soon we have noted down your problem. Complaint number:[protected]
If you don't have spare parts of bike why are you guys have opened service centers, just make use qnd throw bike. Ask people to throw your bike in just as they are actually for those purpose only . No parts no repair strategy form 2 months. Was this information helpful? |
