Honda 2 Wheelers India — Not any response from dealer personal regarding accident bike with complaint no:C[protected] from 25/04/22

I had been fallen accident on 19/04/22 and send my Honda hornet 2.0 bike to JAYBEE HONDA, JORHAT, ASSAM, 785001 for repairing on 25/04/22 with policy Complaint no:C[protected]
But the dealer personal don't repair the bike yet. Although they don't give any response while go to dealer or try to contact regarding the problem.
