Dear Sir,
I had purchased a good product (HONDA CB Unicorn 150 cc) from a good company on 25/09/2017 from Joygopal Traders, Katwa who is authorised to sell Honda product from Unique Honda ( a Dealer of Honda in Burdwan/ Bardhaman). The handle and dis - break was defective since it's purchase. I lodged complaint on 19/3/2018 being ticket no 1/[protected]. Without touching my motorcycle by Service personnel, I received message that it was resolved. I repeatedly asked Joygopal Traders, Katwa to resolve my problem. They could not solve it after their repeated effort. Joygopal Traders, Katwa sent my motorcycle to Unique Honda, Burdwan (code WB100001) on 25/12/18 and I received it on 30/12/18. But, my problem has not yet been resolved. My right side shoulder pain has been started due to manufacture defect of my motorcycle.
I urgently request you to resolve defective handle & dis-break problem of my motorcycle as soon as problem. Regards,
