Honda 2 Wheelers India — Not Providing delivery nor refunding my money back from Preetam Honda Jogeshwari West Mumbai

Dear Sir, I had booked Honda X Blalde dual Disc Blue Colour and year of manufactiring is 21 make from Preetam Honda for which i had paid advance payment in cash for Rs 52000/- vide Receipt NO 2021/RS/188 dated[protected]against booking NO 27484, and Mr Bhavdeep Singh from Preetam Motors have commited me to give the bike by 2nd week of June 2021 but till today even after mutiple calls to him he is not lifting the calls and he is saying he will refund the money back but till date neither i had rececived my refund nor received any delivery of bike
